Admens Syrup — The month you were meant to have.

There is a word in Sanskrit for what a painful, irregular period costs a woman every month. The herb Ashoka takes its name from it — “without sorrow.” That name was deliberately assigned over a thousand years ago.

Admens is built around Ashoka and seven classical companions. Not to manage the monthly cycle from the outside, but to restore the internal rhythm that makes management unnecessary.

 What’s Inside

Two herbs anchor this formulation. Everything else supports them.

Ashoka (Saraca indica) — The foundational Ayurvedic herb for uterine health, documented in Charaka Samhita for menstrual disorders. Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, named “without sorrow” for a reason.

Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) — The hormonal regulator. Clinically studied for normalising FSH and LH — the two pituitary signals that determine whether a cycle is regular or not. Most women have never heard of it. It’s doing the most important structural work in this bottle.

Shatavari — The deep female tonic. Her Sanskrit name means “she who possesses a hundred husbands” — a classical reference to her restorative depth for the female reproductive system. Works on the ovarian axis over months, not days.

Ashwagandha — Because for most women today, cycle disruption begins not in the uterus but in stress. Cortisol suppresses the hormonal axis. Ashwagandha breaks that chain.

Udatkambal (Abroma augusta) — A serious Ayurvedic gynaecological herb, specific to painful and absent periods. Not common in commercial women’s products. It’s here because the formulation demanded it, not because it tests well in marketing.

Patang for excessive flow. Ajwain for cramping and smooth-muscle spasm. Amla as the Rasayana anchor — supporting iron absorption and cellular repair across the full month.

 What Changes and When

Cramping and first-day discomfort ease within the first cycle. The heaviness, the lower back ache, the fatigue that makes day one and two hard — that’s where Ashoka and Ajwain begin their work.

Cycle regularity — the longer, deeper correction — builds across two to three months. This is Lodhra and Shatavari working the way classical tonics work: steadily, without drama, and durably.

Admens is not a painkiller. It doesn’t suppress or override. It supports the hormonal and uterine function that, when genuinely in balance, means a monthly cycle that simply doesn’t need to be managed anymore.

Admens is sugar-based for palatability. Women with diabetes or insulin resistance should consult their physician before use.

 How to Use

2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) twice daily, after meals. Shake well before use.

One 200ml bottle = 10 days. One month = 3 bottles. Begin with the monthly pack — one uninterrupted course is the minimum for results worth evaluating.
